Alessandra Medeiros

Brazilian, graduated with a Masters in Business, with a second post-graduate degree in Marketing of Services. She has been leading strategic marketing projects for more than 30 years, twelve of which were with her own company, followed by 4 years leading the Meetings & Events PNL at MCI Brazil. In 2017, Alessandra was invited to lead the International expansion of Zum Group, moving to Miami. In 2021 she founded IAMOM with the purpose of providing local expertise to global companies doing business in the U.S. Always with a focus on excellence, many of her clients has been Fortune 500 Companies.

Danielle Mamede

Brazilian native, graduated with a

Bachelor in Business Administration and specialized in Project

Management and Continuous Improvement methodology .

For more than 25 years, she has been an effective leader with

success in Process Management with a driver focused on

innovative solutions for areas such as Sales, Marketing,

Procurement, Strategic Planning in big corporations.

She was responsible for the execution of more than 20 Kaizen

projects, with a team of 30 professionals, generating savings of

more than $24M in a span of 4 years (2016-2020).

Always thriving for excellence, Danielle worked in the technology,

education and aviation industries throughout her career.
